WILLIAM M. FRANTZ, MBA, JD
William previously worked in the securities industry for two years. He started at American Express Financial Advisors as a Financial Advisor (1999-2000) and had his Series 7 & 63 as well as California Life Insurance Agent licenses. William attended American Express Financial Advisors University, Advisor College and received his certificate of completion. He then worked at TD Waterhouse (Charles Schwab) as a Relationship Manager (2000-2001) where he managed brokerage accounts and provided customer service to financial advisors. He was an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (FINRA) and the National Futures Association. William also has a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego (2005) and is a published financial writer (Fell’s Know It All Guide Online Investing). William wrote articles for financial newspapers.
William was a California Civil Litigation Attorney for 20 years (Juris Doctor, California Western School of Law-1989) and he has considerable client management experience (1991-1999; 2001-2012). William is a member of the State Bar of California and Arizona (Inactive)
William has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, University of Alberta-1986 and has the following California Insurance Licenses:

Volunteer:
William is a member of US Coast Guard Auxiliary. He is the Division Staff Officer Public Affairs, San Diego Division 1, Sector San Diego and Flotilla Staff Officer Public Affairs for the Oceanside Harbor Flotilla. He is also an instructor and has a Level 1 Leadership Competency. Additionally, William has received these awards: the Coast Guard Meritorious Team Commendation and the Coast Guard Meritorious Team Commendation with Operational Distinguishing Device.
William is also in the Civil Air Patrol, Fallbrook Senior Squadron 87. He is a 2nd Lieutenant an Assistant Aerospace Education Officer and Assistant Education Training Officer. He has received the following awards: Member Award, Yeager Award, Leadership Award and Davis Award. William also has his Air Crew Wings.
In addition, William is a Volunteer with the March Airfield Museum in Riverside, California.

William is a Dockalker for the California State Parks and Coastal Commission.
Martial Arts:
William is a recommended black belt (red/black) with ATA Tae Kwon Do (Thomas Martial Arts). He is also a certified Tai Chi & Qigong Instructor (Tai Chi Healthways).
